Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this store and every order placed on it.
1. Acceptance
Krevor Mansion is a sole proprietorship running an online-only store from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Placing an order confirms you have read and agreed to these terms together with our Shipping, Refund & Returns, Cancellation, Payment and Privacy policies.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or over and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Keep your account credentials private; orders placed through your account are treated as placed by you.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). We accept UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery only — we do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or third-party wallets. We operate below the GST registration threshold, so GST is not charged and no tax invoice is issued.
4. Orders and our right to decline
Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel where stock has run out, where a price or description was published in error, where the PIN code is not serviceable, or where an order appears fraudulent. Anything already paid is refunded in full.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellation
Timelines and charges are in the Shipping Policy; return rights in the Refund & Returns Policy; pre-dispatch cancellation in the Cancellation Policy. Those pages are incorporated here by reference.
6. Safe use of electronic instruments
Use only the supplied power adapter — the wrong voltage is the most common cause of a dead module and is not covered. Keep the kit away from moisture, and do not strike pads with the stick shaft or a hard-tipped stick, which splits the mesh. Extended practice at volume can damage hearing; use the headphone output at a moderate level.
7. Descriptions
We publish specifications as accurately as we can. Pad feel, trigger sensitivity and preset voices vary between models, and pad response can be adjusted in the module — a difference from a demo video is not a defect. Where a listing genuinely contains an error, section 4 applies.
8. Intellectual property
Site text, photography, layout and the Krevor Mansion name and logo belong to us or are used with permission, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Browse and print for personal, non-commercial use; do not republish, scrape or resell.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated and as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, this website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory — is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
Indian law applies, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
