What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Free shipping on orders of ₹5,999 and above; a flat ₹149 applies below that. Handling takes 1–2 business days, with transit around 3–6 working days to metro PIN codes and 6–9 working days elsewhere — so allow 4–11 business days in total.

How can I pay?

UPI in advance or Cash on Delivery — those two only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or wallets, and no card form exists on this site.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and back in its original packaging with the invoice. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

It arrived damaged — what now?

Record a video as you open the parcel and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full and cover the freight.

Is there a warranty?

We do not offer a six-month or manufacturer-backed warranty through this store, and you will not find warranty terms on our product pages. What we cover is damage, defects and short counts on arrival, reported within 48 hours with the unboxing video.

Can I practise silently at night?

Largely, yes. Through headphones the module is silent, but the physical tap of stick on pad still carries through a floor. A practice mat or riser under the kit removes most of what a neighbour below would hear.

Does it work with recording software?

The kits with USB MIDI connect to a computer or tablet and appear as a MIDI device, so you can trigger drum sounds in any DAW. The product page states whether a model has USB MIDI or audio out only.

Are the roll-up kits suitable for learning properly?

They are excellent for rhythm practice, travel and quiet flats, but the surface is softer and has no rebound, so stick technique developed on one will feel different on an acoustic kit. For technique work a mesh-pad kit is the closer match.

Do you have a shop, or ship abroad?

Neither. We are online-only, with no counter to visit, and we deliver within India alone.
