Your return window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange. Tell us inside that window — the collection itself can follow afterwards.

Condition we can accept

Original box and accessories

Pedals, cables, power supply, sticks and manual all present.

Unused and unregistered

Not activated or registered to a third-party account.

With the invoice

Order number or invoice included.

What we cannot take back

  • Kits that have been used, registered or firmware-updated
  • Damage from misuse, liquid or wrong power supply
  • Clearance stock and gift cards
  • Items returned without the original box

None of these exclusions apply where the fault is ours.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or short of an item, record a continuous video as you open the parcel and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. That clip is the whole claim: we then send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we carry the return freight ourselves.

How and when you are refunded

Once a return is back with us and checked, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. UPI payments go back to the originating account; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by direct bank transfer once you share the account details.

Where the order shipped free at ₹5,999 or above there is no delivery charge to return; where the flat ₹149 was paid, we refund that too if the return is down to our error.
